Here is an online college Film Appreciation Course. It was meant to be a supplement to in-class lectures, but you can use it as-is. There are even tests and study guides.

Be aware that this is a COLLEGE course. Some of the films are not appropriate for children, so don't just set your kids free on the site and tell them to go at it, but some of the lessons are very appropriate for k-12 students.
