The Illiad, the musical for kids

I know, it seems like an odd topic for source material for a children's musical. But here it all is: http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/troy/

Audio files, accompaniment tracks, music and "story" in downloadable, printable formats. Also a vocal coach teaches the songs for you, if you want to do the Illiad, the musical.

TONS of fun activities and worksheets

All grade levels, all subjects. Fun things like making beads from rose petals or making marshmallows for chemistry, as well as more "mundane" things like verb worksheets.

Math Moves U--very cool middle school math games

http://www.mathmovesu.com/mmu-games/
A lot of this is very accessible for middle grades (3-5) or even lower as well as middle school (especially the parts that are logic games rather than math skills games), and the graphics and games are cool.

Mathematical quilts

http://www.mathematicalquilts.com/Quilts_-_Page_5.html

Quilting is, by nature a mathematical process. Quilters use geometric manipulation constantly to produce interesting designs based on iteration of patterns--it's a macro-scale fractal operation. So it makes sense for a quilting mathematician to produce mathematical quilts.

They're fun to look at, too.
